Kevin Hughes Perpetual Trophy

HISTORY OF KEVIN HUGHES PERPETUAL TROPHY.

This trophy was donated by a club member, Ron Nosworthy, in 2009 to honour the service given to Community Bridge Club by Kevin Hughes.  Kevin was then our President  and continued .  He served 24 years as President from 1992 to 2016.

The Trophy day is held in September each year close to Kevin’s Birthday date which is 27th September.  The event is held as I session with 2 sections – same boards in each section and we award a  winner for NS and a winner for EW each year.
